Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals — including those made through accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. sugal reserves the right to void all transactions and suspend accounts where third-party payment activity is detected.
sugal does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network may impose their own fees, for which sugal bears no responsibility.
sugal reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding certain thresholds, as required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be asked to provide source of funds documentation for large withdrawal requests.
Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Programme
sugal offers various promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
General rules applicable to all sugal promotions unless stated otherwise:
- Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real money balance. Specific game restrictions may apply to bonus fund wagering.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a rollover requirement) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each offer.
- Maximum bet limits apply while bonus wagering is active. Bets exceeding the stated maximum during an active bonus may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
- Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
- sugal reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions may be subject to change without prior notification where required by regulatory obligations.
- Each promotion is available only once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
VIP Programme: The sugal VIP Programme operates on a tier system from Silver to Black Diamond. Tier status, cashback percentages, withdrawal limits, and personal manager assignment are determined by sugal at its sole discretion and may be revised at any time. Black Diamond tier membership is by invitation only. VIP status does not vest any contractual entitlement to specific service levels beyond those expressly committed in writing by sugal.
Gameplay, Bet Settlement, and Technical Errors

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sugal platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
- Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or impersonating any individual during registration or KYC verification.
- Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account for any reason, including circumventing restrictions or claiming bonuses multiple times.
- Money laundering: Using the sugal platform as a vehicle for processing criminally derived funds or engaging in any transaction pattern consistent with money laundering under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended).
- Automated play: Using software robots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated mechanism to place wagers, exploit game logic, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated side-betting in live dealer games.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, calculation errors, or any malfunction that produces outcomes inconsistent with the stated game rules and paytables.
- Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes after funds have been used for wagering on the platform.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sugal platform strictly for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sugal's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sugal shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Any interruption or cessation of service, whether planned or unplanned
- Any third-party conduct, content, or services accessed through or in connection with the platform
- Any losses attributable to events beyond sugal's reasonable control including natural disasters, power failures, civil unrest, government actions, or failures of third-party infrastructure
Nothing in these Terms shall limit sugal's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
Account Suspension and Closure
sugal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
- Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
- Player request for voluntary closure or self-exclusion
On account closure, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any legal hold on the funds.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between a player and sugal, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, players may escalate their complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation through PAGCOR's official complaints procedure. PAGCOR's determination on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction is final and binding on both parties.
Any unresolved disputes remaining after exhaustion of the above procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Amendments to These Terms
sugal reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the sugal platform.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever changes are made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the sugal platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact sugal to request account closure. Requests received within 14 days of a material amendment notification will be processed without any penalties attributable to the amendment.
